SALARY COMPONENTS

We have a standardised base salary for all employees, depending on their level. Salaries are not dependent on project situations, resource shortages or personal networks. If business development is successful, remuneration is increased appropriately. Taken on its own, marenas’ basic income without the other components is already in line with market standards.

Regardless of their level, our consultants are entitled to performance-related variable components and acquisition commissions graded according to level. These are dependent on clearly formulated and openly communicated eligibility criteria. In addition, a voluntary bonus is paid at the end of the year based on performance.
